Raj Thackeray met Atal Bihari Vajpayee and LK Advani
on Friday. The meeting is being seen as Raj's attempt
to become an alley of the Hindutva forces though he
denies that his meeting was in search of a new alliance.
Raj and his wife were escorted inside the hotel by senior
BJP leader Pramod Mahajan.
"I had come to seek their blessings," said
Raj.
Political pundits believe that after announcing his
party, Raj Thackeray wishes to become a part of the
BJP-SS-alliance in Maharashtra. Unlike Narayan Rane
who joined Congress, Raj has no intention of deserting
the sons of soil card.
