Fire at Tulsiani chambers, Nariman Point

A minor fire broke out at Tulsiani Chambers, which has several offices, at Nariman Point in South Mumbai this morning.

According to fire brigade sources, the fire broke out on the third floor of Tulsiani Chamber on Free Press Journal Road at around 9:43 AM. The blaze erupted on the third floor office of the Deccan Herald newspaper.

No casualties have been reported so far in the mishap, sources said. Eight fire engine and four water tankers were deployed to extinguish the blaze. The cause of the fire and damages were yet to be ascertained.

The fire was brought under control by 11 a.m according to official sources.
