Deshmukh hints Cabinet Reshuffle

Mumbai: Maharashtra Chief Minister Vilasrao Deshmukh hinted that the State cabinet “'will be reshuffled” while speaking to the media in Nagpur. The CM, though, did not detail the issue any further. He also declined to disclose whether the reshuffle would amount to expansion or not. Incidentally, the possibilities of a Cabinet expansion had been contemplated after the 'action taken report' of the D M Sukthankar committee was tabled in the House, absolve two former Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) Ministers - Nawab Malik and Sureshdada Jain.
