The Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) officers of Central
Bureau of Investigation (CBI) caught a senior customer
officer on Friday for demanding and accepting a bribe
of Rs5,000. According to sources, MK Sharma, an examiner
of customs, working in Air Cargo complex of Sahar, was
harassing a fabric exporter for the past three days
by not clearing his consignment. When the exporter approached
the commissioner of customs, he was asked to lodge a
complaint with the ACB wing of the CBI
