Mumbai: In a rare sight, one can now see the Mumbaikars wearing sweaters and shawls.

"The temperatures are lower because of dry winds blowing across the city in a north easterly direction," the meteorological department told Parinda. “The cold will last for a few days.” While the days are pleasant, nights are cool and the minimum temperature may reach 13 degrees Celsius.

Temperatures recorded .at 5.30 on Monday evening showed. Colaba recorded a maximum temperature of 28.8 degrees celsius and a minimum of 16.8. Santa Cruz recorded a maximum temperature of 29.9 degrees velsius and a minimum of 13.5 degrees celsius.
