Union Minister of Coal Shri Shibu Soren has mourned the demise of Shri P V Narsimha Rao, the former Prime Minister of India. In a condolence message Shri Shibu Soren said he had an opportunity of working in close association with Mr. Rao as a Member of Lok Sabha and the Leader of Jharkhand Mukti Morcha during 1991-96, when Shri Rao was Prime Minister. Shri Soren described him as a great scholar and well-wisher of the Adivasies, the Scheduled Caste and other oppressed classes.
