The Minister of State for Social Justice and Empowerment Smt. Subbulakshmi Jagdeesan has rushed to Caddalore in Tamil Nadu to meet the people affected by yesterday’s tsunami tidal waves and supervise rescue and relief operations. She has cancelled all her scheduled engagements including the visit to Salem, Namakkal and Erode districts on 27th, 28th and 29th .
