shri syed sibtey razi appointed governor of jharkhand

Shri Syed Sibtey Razi has been appointed Governor of Jharkhand from the date he assumes the charge. He succeeds Mr. Ved Prakahs Marwah, whose term is expiring. A Rashtrapati Bhavan Communique said today.
