Lok Sabha
A full fledged Radio Station (10 KW FM Transmitter with Studio) at Dharmapuri in Tamil Nadu is technically ready. It has not been possible to commission the Station due to shortage of Staff.
The Government also proposes to introduce FM Channel in this radio station in the interest of local people. The Station will start broadcast after the sanction of staff for operation and maintenance. No definite time frame can be prescribed at this stage.
