Lok Sabha
Unreserved Ticketing System (UTS) and Internet Ticketing System (ITS) have been introduced.
UTS has been introduced in Andhra Pradesh, Bihar, Delhi, Haryana, Jammu & Kashmir, Jharkhand, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Punjab, Tamil Nadu, Uttar Pradesh, Uttranchal and West Bengal States.
ITS has been introduced in all States of the country.
A large number of passengers have benefited from the system.
