LOK SABHA

The Minister of State in the Ministry of External Affairs, Shri E. Ahamed informed the Lok Sabha today that India and Kuwait signed an Extradition treaty on August 25, 2004 at New Delhi. The Treaty will come into force after ratification and it would provide a legal framework for extradition of fugitive offenders charged with extraditable offences.
