The Minister for Science & Technology and Ocean Development, Shri. Kapil Sibal opened the facility at Map Sales Office of Survey of India dedicated to generate digital output of declassified aerial photos for educational purpose here today. The facility will meet the long standing demand of aerial photos for educational institutions, colleges and universities at large. Shri. Sibal described it as a significant step of the Survey of India to meet the demand for high quality geographic products for clients in both public and private domains.
