Suspensions of hostile operations between Dima Halam Daogah (DHD), militant outfit operating in the State of Assam and the security forces has been in operation since 1st January, 2003. It has been decided to extend the suspension of hostile operations between DHD and the security forces for a further period of one year i.e. from 1.1.2005 to 31.12.2005.
