Government is proposing to set up Petroleum and Natural Gas Appellate Tribunal to hear appeals against the orders and decisions of the proposed Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board. The proposal is under consideration and when finalized, the details will be included in the Bill to be introduced in the Parliament.
This was stated by Shri Mani Shankar Aiyar, Minister of Petroleum & Natural Gas, in a written reply to a question in the Lok Sabha today.
