The Department Related Parliamentary Standing Committee on Personnel, Public Grievances, Law and Justice, headed by Shri E. M. Sudarsana Natchiappan, Member of Parliament (Rajya Sabha) has invited memoranda containing suggestions/views/comments of individuals/institutions/organizations on Legal Reforms, Electoral Reforms and Public Grievances Redressal System. The comments has also been invited from all State Governments and Union Territory Administrations.
The desirous individuals/institutions/organizations may send their written comments/views/suggestions (two copies) either in Hindi or in English separately on Legal Reforms, Electoral Reforms and Public Grievances Redressal Mechanism within 15 days to Shri Surender Kumar Watts, Deputy Secretary, Rajya Sabha Secretariat, 007, Ground Floor, Parliament House Annexe, New Delhi – 110001 (Tel: 2303 4262 and Fax: 2301 2007).
The memorandum which might be submitted to the Committee would be treated as confidential and would not be circulated to any one.
The Committee has taken up these issues as a part of study of Administrative Reforms for detailed examination and report.
