recommendations of the railway convention committee (2004) as contained in their second report on ‘rate of dividend for 2005-2006 and other ancillary matters

The Union Cabinet today gave its approval to a resolution be moved by the Minister for Railways in both the Houses of Parliament for adoption of the Recommendations contained in Para No.39, 40, 41, 42, 43, 44, 45 and 46 of the Railway Convention Committee (2004)’s Second Report. This decision will enable the Ministry of Railways to implement the said recommendations of the Railway Convention committee.
