India and China are contemplating joint efforts to develop new drugs in the area of traditional medicines under the aegis of International Clinical Epidemiology Network. An agreement has been signed by India Clinical Epidemiology Network and China Clinical Epidemiology Network for joint efforts in the area of Hepatitis and Diabetes.
This information was given by the Minister of Chemicals & Fertilizers and Steel, Shri Ram Vilas Paswan in a written reply to a question in the Lok Sabha .
