Rajya Sabha
The Minister of State for Communications & Information Technology, Dr. Shakeel Ahmad, has informed the Rajya Sabha that the Department of Posts is extending computerisation to more post offices for facilitating Post Office Savings Bank transactions.
The proposal for providing of ATM facility at post offices is in conceptual stage. The above information was given by the Minister today in the Rajya Sabha in a written reply to the question by Shri Sanjay Raut and Shri V. Narayanasamy.
