The National Botanical Research Institute (NBRI) has developed chocolate based medicines. The chocolate—like product comprises various nutraceutical herbs and has antioxidant, anti-stress and adaptogenic properties. For commercial level production, patent has been filed and up scaling studies from the pilot plant level to commercial level have been done.
