The renowned Squash Player and winner of Asian Jr. Squash Championship Ms. Joshna Chinappa called on the Union Minister for Youth Affairs & Sports, Shri Sunil Dutt here today. The Minister applauded her achievements at the international level and assured her of all possible support in her efforts to further improve her performance.
Shri Dutt presented her a Cheque for Rs. Three Lakh as award money for winning several Medals at International level. She had won Gold at Asian Jr. Squash Championship held in Pakistan (2003), Silver in Asian Sr. Women Championship (Team) held in Kuala Lumpur (2002) and Bronze in Asian Sr. Women's Championship Kuala Lumpur (2004).
