Under the Cultural Agreement Signed in 1999 between India and Croatia, a new Cultural Exchange Programme (2005-2007) has been signed by the two countries in New Delhi today. The CEP was signed by Smt. Neena Ranjan, Secretary, Ministry of Culture and Mr. Dino de Beljuh, the Croatian Ambassador in New Delhi.
The Cultural Exchange Programme (CEP) 2005-2007, is for cooperation by the two countries in the exchange of exhibitions, dance, music, folklore, films, and publications. It also provides for exchange of experts in archaeology, archives, protection and preservation of cultural heritage, museums and libraries on a reciprocal basis. The Cultural Exchange Programme (CEP) 2005-2007 will remain in force up to December 31, 2007. The last CEP between the two countries was signed on 25th July, 2001 for the years 2001, 2002 and 2003.
