All the crucial witnesses in the Jessica Lall murder case including socialite Bina Ramani and her daughter Malini Ramani have been offered security by the The Delhi Police. Malini Ramani is believed to have met Commissioner K K Paul.
The Ramanis had been provided police protection since 1999, but currently they do not have any security.
The Ramani duo expressed anger via the media at being clubbed with the accused. They met the commissioner and offered complete cooperation in the matter. Bina Ramani said the commission was very helpful and offered them protection, which they will take when required.
