Kandivli: Kiran Rajendra Bhatia, 32, jumped to death from his eleventh-floor flat in Kandivli late on Sunday night.
According to the Kurar police, Bhatia, a businessman, allegedly committed suicide after failing to acquire a 'lucrative tender'.
Known to he an alcoholic by his family, Bhatia jumped off from his flat (1101) at Lokhandwala's Crimson Tower at around 11.30 pm.
Residents heard a loud thud and when they rushed out, Bhatia's body was found lying in a pool of blood in the building's compound.
