New Delhi: The Commonwealth Games, being held at Melbourne will move to Delhi the next time. And Delhi welcomes the world to the Commonwealth Games to be hosted by the Indian capital in 2010 Bollywood style. Shah Rukh Khan and Aishwarya Rai to the tune of a foot-tapping theme song penned by noted lyricist Gulzar.
Gulzar has written a song 'Dilli Chalna Hai, Chalna Hai, Chal, Chal, Chal, Chalna Hai' that has been composed by the music-composing trio of Shankar, Ehsaan and Loy.
The item will be presented at the closing ceremony Melbourne Games on March 26, showcasing Delhi as the next venue.
A presentation of the plan for the 11-minute capsule that will showcase Delhi's heritage and culture was made to Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit here today. Also present at the presentation were Indian Olympic Association (IOA) President Suresh Kalmadi and Gulzar himself.
