SANTACRUZ - Rajneesh (18 -name changed), a resident
of Santacruz was abducted and gang raped by four youth
on December 26. Rajneesh had gone to Bandra Kurla Complex.
As he came out of Aman Hotel after sipping tea, he was
kidnapped by four youth in a black car and taken to
Mithi River pool at Bandra. They took Rajneesh below
the pool and gang raped him. They then robbed him of
his valuables including cash, gold ring and watch worth
more than Rs. 10,000.
He lodged a complaint at the Vakola police station.
The officers examined the spot and a case of rape was
registered under Sections 377, 392 and 398 and 34 IPC.
The case had been transferred to Kurla police station.
Senior PI of Kurla police station, B.D.Pawar said, "The
black car has been traced and we have arrested two people
for enquiry. The case is being investigated. The four
accused will be arrested at the earliest."
