The Bombay High court on Monday deferred the hearing of RameshTaurani' s plea to go to out of India till February 16 as the Investigation officer Arun Bagadi, in the Gulshan Kumar murder case did not appear before the court.
Justice B H Marapalle and Justice Ranjana Desai kept the matter for February 16. Taurani has secured bail from the Bombay High Court, on the conditions that he would not leave the country without court's permission. In the plea, He has sought permission to go abroad. Taurani, prime accused in the Gulshan Kumar murder case, was acquitted by a session's court along with 13 others, as the charge of conspiracy could not be proved by the prosecution.
