Mumbai: “I have no regrets. I am not repenting,” said the man who killed his brother and neighbour and has fatally injured his mother.

Dhanesh Shivdasan , a call center employee, disturbed over the taunts on his second marriage with an older divorcee mother of two children, went berserk after his wife's suicide. He attacked his mother, brother and a neighbour.

Two of them died on the spot and the mother has been hospitalised in a critical condition. '' According to police, 29-year old Dhanesh Shivdasan, an employee of a call centre married Rita a year ago against the wishes of his family members.

She was 7 years older than Dhanesh. They were staying at Sai-Shraddha society at Wagle estate in Thane. Rita was an alcoholic and frequently fought with Dhanesh. On Sunday night, following a verbal duel between the couple, Rita hanged herself to the ceiling with her dupatta. When Dhanesh who was sitting in the next room saw no movement in the kitchen, he peeped in only to see his wife hanging from the ceiling.

In a fit of anger suspecting his family members are responsible for the death of his wife, Dhanesh with a coconut peeling knife went to his mother's place who were staying in the adjacent building. Dhanesh stabbed his brother Nijesh (38) when he opened the door followed by stabbing her mother Shanta (56) who has been admitted to JJ hospital, Mumbai.

Meanwhile, neighbours suspecting some foul play entered the flat. Raju Jadhav one of his neighbour saw both Nijesh and Shanta lying in a pool of blood.

When Raju intervened, Dhanesh also stabbed him. Both Raju and his brother Nijesh died on the spot. Dhanesh has surrendered to the police and confessed to the crime but says he doesn't repent what he did.
