Amitabh Bachchan, who recently underwent surgery for intestinal problems, plans to resume acting soon.
Making his first public appearance at the Filmfare awards function last night after the surgery more than two months ago, Amitabh Bachchan said he was fit and plans to resume acting soon'.
Dressed in black, Bachchan received the award for Best Actor for his performance in the much acclaimed 'Black'. The-superstar was greeted by a standing ovation as he received the award.
Bachchan was hospitalised on November- 28 last after complaining of abdominal pains.
He was suffering from inverticultis and underwent surgery on November 30.
