Anil Ambani of Reliance has reportedly offered Veteran actor-director Dev Anand a staggering Rs.130 crore rupees (About $28 million) for his studio, Anand Recording, at Pali Hill in suburban Mumbai. In what comes as no surprise to those tho know
Dev Anand closely, the yesteyears superstar has turned down the offer. Dev Anand instead has chosen to take a loan of Rs.5 Crores from IDBI for upgrading his studio.
Dev Anand's company is also hiring experienced professionals in the dubbing and recording industry and has expansion plans for the studio. Anand Recording will have state of the art sound re-recording equipment imported from abroad that will make it the technologically most advanced studio in Asia say sources.
