The Shivaji Nagar police on Tuesday night arrested two teenagers for allegedly raping and murdering a three-and-half-year-old girl. Aasif and Sameer were neighbours of the victim and were untraceable ever since the girl had gone missing from her residence on April 7. They had lured the victim with chocolate and had committed the crime in an under-construction building.
