Ironically, even as bail application will be presented in Jodhpur court, the Bandra Metropolitcan Court will hear the arguments in the hit and run case of 2002 in which he killed one person and injured two outside American Express bakery in Bandra, while driving under the influence of alcohol. Two key witnesses (who were injured in the accident) in the hit-and-run case will be examined at the Bandra metropolitan court by the prosecution.
Khan's lawyer Dipesh Mehta will appeal against his five-year rigorous imprisonment in the chinkara poaching case in the Jodhpur sessions court. "After that, I will argue for his bail," said Mehta.
