Natassha Patel (Juhee Babbar), a firsUime novelist and legal advisor writes a narrative in her personal diary mentioning the turbulence caused in the life of her dear friend Ria (Rituparna Sengupta), who had married a company executive Rahul Malhotra (Sanjay Kapoor), on the rebound, unaware of the consequences that Ria has a past.She was in fact in love with CEO of an advertising company Rishi Rampal (Sudhanshu Pandey), whom she had foresaken after learning that he was already married. Ria is trapped in a dilemma when she reaUses her guilt after knowing that Rahul had a chance meeting with Rishi. Fearing the worst, she decides to divorce Rahul, for which she is helped by Sameer Shah (Amar Verma), a leading advocate, who is also her fiancee, for his own gain.Natassha however stands by Rahul and prepares for a pitched battled against Sameer.
The basic theme may not be acceptable to the general audience.The screenplay has many loose ends.
The character of Sudhanshu Pandey is not convincing. The court scenes are also seem too far-fetched.Moreover, the confrontation scenes betweeen the principal characters have not been fully developed.Production values are appropriate.Technically, ordinary.
