Krishna Is animated musical feature film which tells the story of Lord Krishna's birth, his childhood spent In Vrlndavan and his slaying of Kansa. It also features various adventures of his childhood, Including his clashes with demons like Pootna, Trinavarat and many more.
Animation films never used to do . well In Hindi language. But the success of HANUMAN gave a huge boostto this genre offilms. As far as super heroes are concerned Lord Krishna is the biggest super hero of India. There are several neverending adventure stories about him. So it was natural that next on the animation list was a film on KRISHNA. Sadly there are several animation films being made on the life of Krishna but finally director Aman Khan won the race in releasing his animated version of KRISHNA first. It seems It was in the making for long time even though it has been r~leased In a hurry. In the first half it looks like the software used had old technique however there is vast improvement in the second half.
Production values are good. Technically okay. Script Is short and sweet. Musically all the songs are melodious. Infact music is its plus point. Editing is good. Directorially Aman Khan does fair job. At the box office, it has been released at the wrong time. Such films should have been released during the vacation period.
At the Box-Office, the film will do reasonable business in cities and multiplexes. Essentially, a connoisseur's delight!
