Rehan Khan stays with his foster mother Zeenat Aman In Nainital. He has dreams of becoming rich by marrying a rich girl Anjana Sukhani, unknown to the fact that she has cancer. When he comes to know about it, he is not much bothered as even after her death, he may inherit her properly. He pretends to be a cancer patient to gain her sympathy but as fate would have It, he really gets stricken by cancer. Will the two meet or part away forms the main crux of the stony.

There have been plenty of films based on cancer oriented themes, so there's nothing new in it. Director Shahrukh Farhan fails to live upto expectations. Performance wise Zeenat Aman tries to put life Into her role but falters due to a bad script.
Rajesh Khanna in a brief role of a neglected lover of Zeenat Aman since college days is refreshing.

Rehan Khan and Anjana Sukhani show promise, while Rajeev Verma is routine. Dialogue and music are nothing much to write home about while cinematography by Late Lt. Laxminarayan is breathtaking, particularly the Nainital locales.

At the box office: It has nothing to offer.
