Suhaan (Salman Khan) is a college stud, a charming womaniser. Agastya (Akshay Kumar) is someone who is kind of Geek and can't communicate with girls properly. Both Suhaan and Agastya love Piya (Priety Zinta). Suhaan though gets Piya but circumstances seperate them. Agastya comes to Mumbai from USA. He still loves Piya but now he has gone fo USA. But with turn of events both Suhaan and Agastya land in USA.

Top editor Shirish Kunder turns director. But for starters he has taken such unconvincing plot that the film just looks a collection of Incidents. Characterisation is weak. The first half is to an extent enjoyable but the seco~d half is a let-down. In the end it comes across as afilm with gloss but no soul. Too many flashbacks also don't help the film's cause.

Productlon values are very good. Technically excellent Script is weak, dialogue are fair. Musically' Jaane To Jaane Na' and 'Humko Maloom Hai' are well-tuned. Choreography is,good. Cinematography is pleasing. Editing is crisp. Performancewise Salman Khan is natural. Akshay Kumar is good. Priety Zinta does well. A"upam Kher is loveable. Aman Verma lends good support. Directorially, a fair effort by Shirish Kunder.
