Twelve years old Shyam Is living with his 'mama' and 'mami' who torture him all the time. Then there is one MLA (Akhllendra Mishra) in town, who is actually a goon. He is spreading his evil designs to destroy the town. Then there Is this old light house where people believe' Ghost' exist. But as the events take turn this 'Ghost' not only helps Shyam in making his life happy but helps him saving the town from MLA's evil plans.

The film Is obviously aimed at kids. And to an extentthe makers succeed in that. Even with tight budget the director succeeds in making a fairly enjoyable film from the kids point of view. One felt that little more known actors should have helped the film's cause more, along wlth also good music. Jackie Shroff's entry after interval speeds up the tempo.

Production values are fair. Technically okay. Script alright. Dialogues should have been better. Camerawork good. Special effects are fair. Performancewlse all the kids have done a good job. Jackie Shroff Is suited for the role very well.
Directorlally a fal r effort.

At the box office despite certain merits one felt that it has been released at the wrong time.
