Tata Indicom will take your money and then make you wait endlessly for the service. They're worse than MTNL.

Tata Indicom fellas are a bunch or charltans. I visited their cafe, gave my phone number and address. I had to make calls for over 2 weeks before they came down for the broadband connection I wanted. After two more weeks, the connection was still not in place. They don't answer the phone, won't call you back and the customer service will give you rhearsed scripted answers, barely listening to what you have to say. I just stopped using it.

I don't have anything against Tata's phone service but their broadband service is just the pits!
