Any graduate with a minimum of 15 years (10+2+3)
of education having 50% (45% for SC/ST) aggregate marks (all
subjects in all years put together) at graduation can apply.
IRMA strongly encourages employees of co-operatives, NGOs/voluntary
agencies, government rural development agencies, and apex
rural development funding organisations to apply with sponsorship
from their employers. Flexibility of doing the PRM in two
stages has been introduced as a special incentive for sponsored
candidates.
